I believe that the main thing for me is to try change my diet... well mostly try to eat more regulairly in the day and more often and less each meal. I've had the problem for the last few years that I usually just have one meal a day... trying to up that to at least three a day and then I should be able to sort myself out!
The running and walking ain't bad but it's exhausting... am going to try do that in the morning rather then the evening as it's going to be better for me to do so. Though am glad that there are proper routes around here that I can actually run and walk down! As I said only doing an hour a day but that is better then nothing I reckon!

I travelled to the west of Iceland where my family lives. Before I did that I went to take a look at a small flat down in Reykjavik, it is just lovely and I've told the bloke that's renting it that I am more then happy to move in there the beginning of next month. I just wanted something small for myself that I can have as MY small part of the world, and this flat really could be it!
After taking a look at that flat Addys and I went a bit further west where dad picked me up to get me home.
The thing is that the last couple of days I´ve also had to think about what I want to do in the next couple of years and I´ve decided that I want to finish college and I want to go to uni in England after that time. I just need to do that for my own good! I need to know that I can do what I want and this is something that I am really pushing myself for!
I can do it!!
I know. Not a decent rant this one. Be prepared because there will be some later on just can't write when my head is still spinning!!
